Pick your gear and your dates, tell us about the event, put a card on file, and we confirm availability. Nothing is charged until we confirm the gear is yours.
Every rate below says what it covers
Some of our gear rents by the day and some goes out as a 2-day block, which is the normal pattern for a weekend event. We print the unit next to every number rather than leaving you to guess. Your list does the arithmetic for the dates you pick.
Start with a package
Most people know their room better than they know their fixture count, so start here. Each package total is the sum of our own published item rates, with cable, clamps and stands included. We confirm the exact count for your room when we reply.
Full catalog
Everything we rent, by category. Where a line says Quote on request, it is because one honest number does not exist for it yet, and we would rather answer same day than print a figure we cannot hold.
How a rental actually works
The things that decide whether a quote is real. None of this is hidden in the small print.
Availability
Your request does not hold a date. We check the gear against the calendar and reply, normally the same day. The rental is confirmed when we confirm it, not when you submit.
Delivery and pickup
Quoted separately and not included in your list total. It has run $200 to $800 on our past jobs depending on the borough, the floor, the stairs and the load-in window. Pickup from us is free if you can carry it.
Your card
We save your card, we do not charge it. You are not charged when you submit. We charge the confirmed amount once we have confirmed availability and you have approved the final quote, including delivery.
Loss and damage
You are responsible for the gear from delivery until we pick it up, at full replacement cost for anything lost or damaged beyond normal use. That is the only reason we ask for a card.
Certificate of insurance
Most real venues require a COI, and many require being named as additional insured. Tell us in the form and we handle it. If you are not sure, say so and we will ask the venue for you.
Tax, deposit and late return
Your list total is an estimate before sales tax and delivery. Equipment rental is taxable in New York. Deposit terms and any late return charge are stated on the quote we send you, not guessed here.
