Sound Equipment
Audio is the most important element of a memorial. Guests must hear eulogies, readings, and music without strain.
- PA System (2 speakers + subwoofer): Needed for venues over 50 guests. Recommended quantity: 1 full system for up to 150 guests; 2 systems for 150–300. Rental range: $250–$600.
- Wireless Handheld Microphones: Needed for speakers and clergy. Recommended: 2–3 mics. Rental range: $60–$120 each.
- Wireless Lavalier Microphone: Needed for hands-free officiants or family tributes. Recommended: 1–2 units. Rental range: $75–$150 each.
